Shipping Info

Please allow for up to 1-2 days for order processing.  You will receive an email notification when your order ships.  

First Class Flat Rate – This is our super saver shipping option that is shipped completely through the United States Postal Service.  It usually takes 3 - 6 business days to deliver and includes a shipment tracking number. PO boxes accepted.

USPS Priority Mail Express – This shipping option is received by and handled through USPS and is their fastest possible shipping. It will be dropped off by USPS in as little as 1 business day. PO boxes accepted, and you will receive an email of the package tracking details once it has been shipped.

Domestic Processing Times

Standard Delivery

  • Standard delivery usually arrives within 3 - 6 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. However, please note that the Standard delivery range will vary depending on your zip code. An estimated range will be provided at checkout based on your zip code.
  • Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes addresses usually arrives within 5 - 9 business day from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
  • Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

Express delivery

  • Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 1:00 PM EST will usually arrive within 1-3 business days from the shipped date.
  • Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.
  • Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always reach out to us at shop@charmedasheville.com for help in choosing the best shipping method to receive it on time! We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
